- Queue of all specs (preset or Architect chat).
- Filters: All / Pending / Approved / Applied / Retired / Rejected / Archived.
- There is no Prepare button here — that lives on the Template catalogue.
- Expand a row: departments, profiles, YAML path, canonical YAML (copy), actions by state.
