1. Operate → Template catalogue.
2. Institutions block: specs in cycle or already deployed (e.g. ldteam with Active stepper and 1/1 hosts live badge).
3. Templates block: factory presets (bufete, despacho, ldteam, redaccion).
4. The card does not open detail on click. Card actions: Prepare / Prepare again / Re-deploy / Retire (by state).
5. Edit, review, archive, publish as template, and deploy log → Provisioning.

What to expect: a deployed ldteam shows all four steps green through Active.

If it fails: catalogue empty but Provisioning has applied rows → Refresh or clear browser cache.
