Task Queue

1. Operate → Task Queue — federated board (/telemetry/kanban/federated).
2. Filters by host and state; KPIs: tasks, running, blocked, done.
3. Each host shows cards with assignee, runs, copyable task id.
4. Blocked tasks may open a corrective task panel.

Create task (CLI)
