Deliverables

A deliverable (artifact) lives in object storage, with metadata in the relational database. Download links do not send Authorization in the browser; the backend mints a short-lived signature (same pattern as the ontology catalog).

society artifact put --path ./opinion.md --profile writer --type deliverable

Envelopes are audited, not cryptographically signed.

Author identity is the host + name pair. Governance and the evaluator reject an ambiguous name alone.
