Standards

Two referents, because the institutional buyer fixes them, not technical taste:

X-RoadSemantics of federation and identity between organizationsNIIS

Rule: when a standard name exists for something we named ourselves, the standard is canonical. A standard name is not adopted for something that does not comply. An unchained log is not named after a chained audit engine. Until then: “analogue of X”.

Honest reading of the map

An actor identifier aligned to X-Road (instance / class / member / subsystem) meets the essential. The rest of the table is functional analogue (amber) or absent (red). The root of almost every red is the same: there is no cryptographic identity per agent. From it hang the identity module, physical owner authorization, part of the transport layer and of delegation.

Public provenance of the OSARA v0.4 draft is a gap: the buyer must be able to verify the standard you analogize to. See limits.
